Forgot about the resolution you made back in January...to get your body back, eat more veggies and do more physical activity??? Well, that's o.k because you have another chance to redeem yourself because this month is " NATIONAL AFRICAN-AMERICA WOMEN'S FITNESS MONTH"!
No better way to take control of your health then to join the thousands of ladies who taking advantage of this month to do a little bit more!!! O' yeah, WE...you and I can do it!
I know what you're thinking but:
1. I'm busy
2. I got school
3. I'm tired
4. I'm not motivated
5. I got to help the kids with homework
6. I don't have a fitness buddy
7. I don't have cute workout clothes
HAVE I FOUND YOUR EXCUSE YET.........
8. I can't afford a gym membership
9. I hate to sweat
10. I just got my hair done
11. I'm fine just the way I am...extra cushion for the pushing ; )
I've said just about all of the excuses and trust me this is why I " I almost weighted in at 400lbs" I've since lost 70lbs and I'm not stopping. It's not about the weight loss or being skinny but getting physically fit! We can do...and as my Diva-ish First Lady Michelle Obama would say " Let's Get Moving"
